CRUST:
4 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup cocoa


FILLING:
1/2 pt whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff, adding sugar toward end. Fold in pecans and cocoa. Put into greased and floured 10 inch glass or ceramic pie pan. Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes.

FILLING: when crust has cooled, whip cream, folding in sugar and cocoa, then add to crust and chill approximately 12 hours. Serves 8 or more.
