1 cup apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
whipped topping or ice cream, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients by hand until moist. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350º about 25 minutes. Serve warm. Add whipped topping or ice cream if desired. Serves 4 or 5.
