4-6 boneless pork loin chops
8 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tsp. chives
1 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, cheese, chives, and bacon. Cut the chops lengthwise, like you are cutting a loaf of bread. Divide the cheese mix into how many chops you have. Stuff the chops full and secure with a tooth pick. Shake garlic, onion and pepper on both sides of the pork chops. Cook at 350º for 20-30 minutes.

You can also use bacon bits. Have bacon already cooked and done before adding to the cheese so it doesn't melt the cheese.
