1 lb bulk sausage (hot or mild - cook's choice)
6 eggs
2 cups half and half or light cream
1 tsp dry mustard
2 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown 1 lb of bulk breakfast sausage and set aside.

2. Beat 6 eggs, add half and half, dry mustard and bread; stir together. Add cheese and sausage meat.

3. Pour into 8 x 12 in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

4. Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
