1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
2 cups mango, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
14 oz can crushed pineapple, drain juice well
1/2 medium red onion, diced
2 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp jalapeno jelly
2 tbsp vegetable oil (optional)
1 medium jalapeno chili, seeded and diced fine
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

add tabasco for additional spice

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate.
