1c. Yellow Corn Meal (Not Self Rising or Mix)
1tsp. Salt
4 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/4c. Sugar
1/4 c. Oil
2 or 3 eggs
1c. Milk

Grease and coat pan with Corn Meal
Bake at 350º in Cast Iron Skillet or Pie Pan
Skillet is best
It is done when you insert a toothpick in center and it comes out clean
