Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp.warm water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cups bread machine flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to bread machine (yeast last) and process on dough setting. When dough cycle is complete, remove from machine and divide dough into 2 pieces. Use rolling pin to roll very flat. Place on pizza pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray and sprinkled with corn meal. Stretch dough to edges of pan. Poke holes randomly over crust with a fork. Spread a small amount of sauce over crust and top with cheese first, then other toppings. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. It's done when the bottom of the crust is nice and crispy and the top cheese is thoroughly bubbly. It takes a couple times to get it just the way you like it. I usually divide my dough unevenly and make one 16 inch and one 12 inch pizza.

Personal Notes:
My favorite thing to make for my family and friends. It's not a chore to make, but is fun if you have a glass of wine and play board games while you wait for the dough to process. Thanks to Don for the pizza making tips he learned at Little Big Men, his first job in Great Falls.
