3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 sticks of butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cups fine chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese and butter together, then add the sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Add flour and then mix in the pecans. Chill for 1 hour.

Roll into balls, place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350º oven.
