2 lbs. or 8 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 oz shortening or 7 tbsp oil
3 cups warm water
3 pkgs yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water and set aside to dissolve
in a large bowl mix dry ingredients
then stir in shortening or oil and yeast water. Mix well but don't over mix.
roll dough out on cutting board and cut out rolls and put on cookie sheet and let rise 1 hour
butter the rolls and cook at 350 º for 20-25 min.

the dough can be covered and put in fridge and kept for several days. It will rise in the bowl and be punched down when used.
