2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
4-5 apples, sliced
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add sugar, vanilla, oil, and water. Add the dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour half the batter into a 9 in. pan.
Put sliced apples over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with the remaining batter.

Bake for 30 minutes.
