1/4 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
3 large bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and white sugar. Add egg and beat until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients, adding sugar mixture alternately with bananas.

Put in a 8x4 loaf pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
