Ingredients:  
1 French stick bread, cut length wise
4-5 tomatoes cut into small cubes

Sauce:
1 T. olive oil per tomato
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. fresh garlic
3 strips of green onion, chopped
half green and half red pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together.
Add on top of French stick bread. To add a kick, put crumbled feta cheese.

Toast in oven at 400º.
