8 - 10 potatoes
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and drain. Beat together cream cheese and sour cream. Add hot potatoes, gradually beating until fluffy. Add the seasoning. Spoon the potatoes into a 2 quart casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. If baking immediately, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. If made ahead and refrigerated, allow one hour.
