2 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk

2 1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. cayenne
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 - 8 garlic cloves (removed before adding to meatballs)
1 tbsp. mined onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, minced onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and milk together well. Form into 1 1/2" balls and brown in hot oil. Place in 9x13 dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes while making meatballs. Pour over meatballs.

Bake at 325 for 30 - 40 minutes to heat through. Serve over rice. Makes a large batch. Freezes well.
