6 thinly sliced peeled potatoes
6 polish sausages
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. onion salt or chopped onion
1 cup or 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
1 cup or 8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Cheese Whiz and sour cream thoroughly. Add salt, onion salt (or onions) and parsley flakes. Mix in thinly sliced potatoes. Slice polish sausage crosswise into 1/2 inch pieces. Be sure you cover everything with the cheese/sour cream mixture. You could save 1 sausage to decorate the top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
