Chopped onion - to taste (optional)
Sliced mushrooms - to taste (optional)
1 lb. hamburger
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 - 8 oz. pkg. penne pasta (or pasta of choice), cooked
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger (seasoned w/salt & pepper, if desired). Lightly saute chopped onions and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish or roaster. Bake uncovered in 350 oven until heated through.
