1/4 c. salad oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. dry mustard
1 T. Worcestershire
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

2 cans sliced carrots, drained
1 onion , sliced
1 green pepper chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add: carrots, onion, pepper and garlic.

Marinate overnight.
