1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or Crisco
Salt
Vanilla
3/4 cup cold water
2 1/2 cups cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites (beaten stiff with the baking powder in it)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first four ingredients thoroughly. Add water and flour alternately.Fold in the beaten egg whites last. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes.
