2 c. flour
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix in the Mix Master or Cuisinart until crumbly. Press firmly in a 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4 eggs
4 T. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
4 T. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind (zest)

Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Frost while warm with glaze made of:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
milk or cream to moisten
