3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. canned peaches drained and chopped
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil together until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350º
