8 medium potatoes
1 c. velveeta cheese (cut into chunks)
1 c. onions sautéed in butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 bottle bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender then drain off water. Put in 9X13 pan. Add remaining ingredients (except bacon bits) in the potatoes and mix. Top with the bacon bits. Bake 30 minutes at 350º
