2 tbsp. Oil
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Parsley, Chopped
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 qt. Hot Water or Broth
1 c. Carrots, Sliced
2 c. Dry Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil in large Dutch Oven on medium heat, add Beef to brown, then add seasonings, Soup Mix, Water [or Broth], Carrots, Parsley, bring all to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add Noodles and cook until they are tender, 10-12 minutes.
