1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
2 Eggs, unbeaten
4 Bananas, large, ripe and sliced
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 c. Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º, Cream Sugar, Shortening, then add Eggs, Bananas and beat well; add Flour and Baking Soda, then mix only to combine, stir in Nuts. Bake in 2 Loaf pans that are prepared [grease and flour] or baking spray - bake for 45 minutes.
