3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add flour, soda, and salt. Stir in rhubarb and nuts just to mix together. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
