1 pkg. Pizza Crust (mixed) or 1 Pkg Crescent Rolls
1 lb. sausage, cooked
Ham, cooked bacon, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, whatever topping you like.
1 1/2 c. loose frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mozarella cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press dough or crescent rolls in a 12" pizza pan or jelly roll pan. Press dough up the sides of the pan so you have a lip to hold the egg mixture. Prebake crust for 10-15 minutes at 350º.
After prebaking, sprinkle on meat, any extra toppings, hashbrowns, and cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. Pour over pizza toppings.
Bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.

If adding a large amount of presalted meat, you may want to cut back on the salt in the egg mixture.
