1 small box or pkg. frozen Baby Lima Beans
1 small box or pkg. frozen French Cut Green Beans
1 small box or pkg. frozen Sweet Peas
1 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
Butter to grease casserole dish
Sauce:
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Milk or Half & Half
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook each of the Frozen Vegetables according to package directions and drain, set aside. Stir together Sauce ingredients and layer each cooked Vegetable alternating with a layer of bell pepper in a buttered casserole dish. Top with a layer of Sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and a dusting of Paprika. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and slightly browned on top.

My Aunt Shirley [Shirley Parker Holland] made this recipe for many Holland family gatherings; it is so simple, easy and flavorful, one of my favorites. Nathan was not very fond of it because it had too many "Green Things" in it.
