2 (20 oz.) cans of pineapple chunks
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 cup or 1 sleeve of crumbled Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple chunks (saving 6 Tbsp. of juice) and mix with cheese. In separate bowl, mix sugar, juice, and flour well. Grease baking dish and pour in pineapple chunks and cheese. Pour sugar, juice, and flour mixture over pineapple chunks. Pour cracker crumbs on top and drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
