Sliced Potatoes
Onions
Grated Carrots
Caraway Seeds
Butter
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Bacon Bits
Directions:
Directions:
Spread in layers on WELL greased aluminum foil but do not add the cheese. Fold foil to make a pouch.

Grill about 20 minutes or until tender, but be sure not to burn the bottom.

Remove from grill and sprinkle with cheese & bacon bits.
Return to grill to melt cheese, about 10 min.
