1/2 bag Morningstar Farms Sausage Recipe Crumbles (found in freezer section)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
6 cups water, divided
2 onions, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 cup uncooked wild rice
2 tsp beef bouillon granules or 2 bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (I go easy on this since I use the sausage recipe crumbles)
3 10 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
1 4 oz can mushroom pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer celery, onions, rice, bouillon and hot sauce in 2 1/2 cups water for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mix remaining water into mushroom soup, then add to rice mixture with sausage crumbles and mushrooms. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Makes about 3 quarts.
