1 can or 2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz picante sauce or mild salsa
4 cups cooked rice (not instant)
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir everything together and bake in uncovered baking dish or 9X13 pan sprayed with cooking spray for 20 minutes at 350º.

I serve this with tortilla chips to use as a scoop rather than silverware, but usually need a fork eventually. This used to be what I'd want for my last supper if I was on death row.
