6 Medium Peppers
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/3 c. Chopped Onions
1/2 c. Water
1 lb. Chopped Tomato's
1/2 c. White Rice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and chopped onions until ground beef is mostly cooked. Add in tomato's, water, worcestershire, and rice and simmer until rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Then add in cheese and stir until cheese is melted into the entire mix.

Cut tops off of peppers and empty all contents on the inside. Peppers should be a hollow shell. Stuff mixture into peppers, fill to the top. Peppers can be boiled prior to stuffing if a more tender pepper is desired.

Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes.
