Eggs 4 eggs
Milk 4 tbsp.
Canola oil 2 tbsp.
Onion 1/2 cubed-diced
Corn Tortilla 4 ea cut up in bite size pieces
Salt and pepper
Cilantro-optional 1 tbsp.

Beat eggs and milk, add salt and pepper. Set aside, Add oil to warm pan, add onions; saute, then add corn tortillas, cook until tortillas are soft and wilted a bit, add egg mixture. Stir occasionally to cook egg completely, add cilantro if desired. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
