1 lb. ground turkey or ground meat
1 small onion chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
2 cans beans ( black, pinto, kidney or your choice)
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion, drain.
Add ranch and taco seasoning, water,
corn, beans and tomatoes.
Boil then simmer for 30 min.
Top with cheese and sour cream!
Great with crunched up tortilla chips!
