6 10" flour tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can refried beans
1 lb lean hamburger
1 pkg taco bell taco seasoning
4 oz Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 chopped tomato (optional)
8 oz. sour cream (optional)
shredded lettuce (optional)

Cook taco meat according to taco seasoning packet directions.
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Spread ingredients onto flour tortilla in the following order (be sure to leave enough room so that you can fold the edges in and roll up the burrito):
1/2 oz. cheese, 1/4 c. taco meat, 2 tbsp. enchilada sauce, 1/4 c. refried beans.
Roll tortilla into burrito shape and set into 9X13 baking dish.
Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Drizzle enough enchilada sauce to cover all burritos and then top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
Top with shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomato if desired.
