2 bags of microwave popcorn popped
1 c butter
2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup 1 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Coat the bottom & sides of a large roasting pan. Place popped corn in pan (remove any unpopped kernels). In large heavy saucepan, slowly melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup & salt. Heat to boiling stage, stirring constantly, then gently boil without stirring for 5 min. Remove from heat (very hot) Stir in baking soda and salt. (it will bubble) Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and break apart. Store in tightly covered container.
