1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chipped
2 1/4lbs. uncooked large shrimp, peeled
1 T fresh parsley
2- 8oz. cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in olive oil until tender. Reduce heat and add shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, and seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve with rice.
