7 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
1 qt. whole milk
3/4 c. Grapenuts
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to sprinkle
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add milk. Blend well.
Pour into a 9"x9" baking dish. Sprinkle Grapenuts evenly over the top. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg. Place baking dish in a larger pan and fill with hot water to the level of the pudding mixture. Bake for 1 hr. or until well-set. May need up to an additional 15 min., depending on your oven.
