1 lb. sausage, browned (I use Owen's)
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (1 lb 13 oz.) can tomatoes
1 quart water
1 large onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups potatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Simmer for 1 hour, covered. Add chopped potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done.

Note: This is good with cornbread!
