1 T. veg. oil
2 small red & green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. beef sirloin or chicken breast
1 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bottled chunky salsa
4 (6in.) flour tortillas, warmed
1 lime
1 tsp. cilantro or more if desired

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, & garlic; cook stirring occasionally, for 5-6 min. or until onion is slightly golden and peppers are tender. Stir in beef or chicken, cumin. chili powder, & salt. Cook for 7-8 min. Stir in Salsa heat through. Add squeeze of lime juice & cilantro if desired.
