2 lbs. Ground Beef, lean
1 c. packaged Cornflake Crumbs
1/3 c. dried Parsley Flakes
2 Eggs
2 T. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/3 c. Catsup
2 T. Instant Minced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients listed above and blend well.
Form into balls and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine in a saucepan: 1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce, 3/4 c. chili sauce, 2 T. dark brown sugar and 1 T. lemon juice. Cook stirring until mixture is smooth and cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meat balls. Bake at 350º uncovered for 1 hour.
