2 1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
3 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch salt
Icing sugar to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in mixing bowl, make a well in the middle, add lightly beaten eggs, icing sugar, oil and lemon juice. Work it with a spoon or your hands, add more flour if needed. Knead the dough until soft and firm. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Roll paper thin, cut in to strips. Deep fry the strips in oil for a very short time - place in the oil and take out almost right away. Let drain on paper toweling. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
