4 c. self rising flour
2 t. baking powder
1 c. butter
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. lemon extract (or juice)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients to make dough. Roll to a nice thin thickness. Cut out and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350º for about 10 minutes or until golden.
