12 slices rye cocktail bread
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. prepared mustard (optional)
1/4 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
6 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Spread each slice of bread with 1/2 tsp. each of butter and mustard. Place 2 slices of corned beef on each piece of bread. Add a heaping tsp. of sauerkraut. Top with a piece of cheese and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
