1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (1 and 5/8 oz.) dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. chopped green onions
