1 pkg. baby portabella mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
1 tub herb cheese spread (like Alouet)
Panko breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Using a teaspoon, fill mushroom caps with herb cheese. Don’t overfill. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top. Place in 375º oven for approximately 10-15 minutes. (Time varies due to size of mushroom caps.) Bake until caps are fork-tender.
