1 - 2 small heads bok choy
2 green onions
1 lb fresh bean sprouts
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 package chow mein noodles
1 package Ichiban soup noodles
1 package Ichiban soup mix
1/2 c. oil
3 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c. Soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl add the bok choy, green onions, bean sprouts and mushrooms.
In a separate bowl add the toasted almonds, sesame seeds, chow mein noodles and Ichiban soup mix.
For the dressing add the Ichiban soup mix, oil, vinegar, pepper and Soya sauce. Mix well.
Toss all ingredients together just before serving.
Makes a large salad.
