6 - 8 med. potatoes, scrubbed and unpeeled
6 T. margarine
Seasoning salt
1 cup sour cream
1- 4 oz. pkg. Ranch Style Dressing Mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Slice unmelted margarine over potatoes. Sprinkle generously with seasoning salt. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350º. Remove from oven. Combine sour cream, dressing mix and spread evenly over potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
