1 lb of ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp of grilling season mix
1 can of Campbell French onion soup
4 slices of Gouda or provolone cheese (Swiss is good too)
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce
Tomato
Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Grill....mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, grill seasoning together.... divide the beef in 4 sections and make 4 patties.....grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove patties from the grill....

Preheat a skillet on medium heat....Pour can of soup in skillet and place the patties in the skillet....let simmer for about 7-8 minutes ...turning once.....place cheese on patties and cover for 1 minute.

serve on buns - pour soup mix over patties.
garnish with tomato, lettuce and mayo....

Don't use ground sirloin as they tend to break apart - the meat is too lean to handle the soup simmering.....
