1/2 C dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 C paprika
1/3 C garlic powder
2 T onion salt
2 T chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp white pepper
1 T cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Store away from heat and light.
Rub will keep for several months.

Rinse and dry the ribs.
Rub them liberally with rub.
Cook slowly about 2 hrs, then cook on grill for about 30 minutes.
Add BBQ sauce if desired.

Works great in the pressure cooker as well.
