2 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
3/4 c. cheese, cut up
1 onion sliced
4 potatoes, sliced
2 1/2 c. cooked ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
Melt fat in saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly. Stir until sauce begins to bubble. Lower heat. Cook until mixture thickens. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Put onions, potatoes and meat into a greased baking dish. Pour sauce into dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6.
